Abstract:

The scientific norm quota of electricity consumption is an important method in saving energy and reducing cost for a company. The method of norm quota which only concerns coal mine cannot implement quota management responsibility system in the real meaning. This paper based on the activity-based costing theory, dividing different activities of coal mine, determining activity electricity consumption motivation and choosing basic methods of norm quota to formulate the electricity consumption quota of the operation of coal mine. The specific application of the method in one coal mine of Shenhua Ningxia Company has saved electric energy and made economy benefit.
